El Club Allard offers two Tasting Gourmet Menus, the difference between them is on the number of courses served in each one. The Menus are creations of our Chef Patron José Carlos Fuentes. The dishes will allow you to savour the finest, freshest seasonal ingredients.
We can cater for your dietary requirements so the Menus can be adapted to any allergies and food intolerances. At the same time, we can offer suitable vegetarian or fish options.
The mastery of our Chef Patron José Carlos Fuentes brings her wealth of knowledge into the composition of the Menus to ensure that the gastronomic journey at El Club Allard is an outstanding experience.
Menu
In his “Gastronomic Menu” Chef José Carlos Fuentes presents an eating experience which fuses Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine, while taking a culinary journey across twelve countries. Overtones of sea and mountains alike are present through the use of exceptional products among which feature a “Scallop infused with bergamot” (with delightfully subtle notes of citrus), a very special aromatic “Celeriac, sea urchin and umeboshi sesame”, his “Pinto beans, Manchego cheese and herrings” (dazzling from its presentation through to the very last mouthful), and a “Black-bellied angler with fish bone broth and ground fresh bread” (with a lasting flavour that is quite unlike anything else). Enjoy the exclusive cheeseboard, charming light desserts such as an “After Eight”, and round your meal off with our finishing touch: our sweet treat. There is the opportunity to meet the Chef’s team, who will be there to present the dishes, interact with our diners and, later, remove empty plates. Also included in the experience is a meet-and-greet with Chef José Carlos Fuentes and Head Chef Baptiste Guyonnet in the ‘Aquarium’, before they guide you around their kitchen and invite you to share a dish with them in the finest spot in the restaurant, from which you can observe as the team at El Club Allard creates their dishes.

A new concept in dining from El Club Allard: the personalised menu, where the diner chooses the dishes which most appeal from our menu. These dishes will then be adapted in terms of quantity, thus creating a fully individual menu and enabling both quantity and price to be decided by the diner. Should you so wish, take advantage of our renowned sommelier, Álvaro Prieto, and his team who are on hand to advise you how to create perfect pairings for all your dishes. You the diner will have the chance to see our kitchen staff prepare and present various dishes at your table, a spectacle that will surely enchant you even as you are included in the process itself. During your time at El Club Allard, you will be invited into the ‘Aquarium’, the beating heart of the restaurant, where you can observe the Chef’s team working on the dishes to be served. In this magical setting, you will meet Chef José Carlos Fuentes and Head Chef Baptiste Guyonnet, who will give you a demonstration of their cooking style and join you for a dish of something special.
